All other smart tox services are provided via mobile concierge by appointment.
($25 transportation fee)

Ishkä was founded by nurse practitioner Kaylee Burke (she/her/hers) in 2022. Kaylee practiced for many years as an emergency department nurse before becoming a family nurse practitioner in 2018.
At Ishkä, our goal is to optimize your overall wellbeing through aesthetics, community, and integrated health & wellness.
Our promises to you: We vow to always provide honest feedback. We will never perform treatments we deem unsafe. We will never recommend a service that does not fit your individual needs.
Impulse Aesthetics for Ishkä was founded by registered nurse Abby Burke (she/her/hers). Impulse is a Boston-based mobile injection service catered to the young, energetic, and on-the-go!
